1-INTRODUCTION

GlobalIntegral thanks all Users for taking the time to consult the Site and asks them to carefully read this document which specifies the General Conditions of Use (GCU).

Any use carried out in any way whatsoever on the Site results in the obligation, for the User, of prior acceptance without any reservation of the General Conditions of Use.

As ™e-Publisher 7.0, ™GlobalIntegral offers, through the Site, various Services relating to the New Evangelization for the IIIrd millennium.

-User: designates any natural or legal person, acting alone or representing third parties, whether or not exercising a professional activity, or simple Internet user who accesses the GlobalIntegral website
-Services: refers to all the services offered by GlobalIntegral to Users through the GlobalIntegral website
-Content: designates all brands, information, texts, logos, animations, designs and models, photographs, data, sounds, hypertext links and in general all GlobalIntegral elements and content published on the GlobalIntegral website

3-ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

These General Conditions of Use apply to any User who browses https://www.global-integral.com/.

The use of all the functionalities of the Site and the Services by the User implies that he undertakes to respect the various obligations provided for by the initial acceptance of these GCU and to read them carefully.

The GCU can be consulted at any time when accessing the Site.

The applicable GCU are always those in force at the time of browsing the Site.

GlobalIntegral reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, unilaterally and without prior notification, to any User who does not comply with these GCU.

The GCU may be modified and updated by GlobalIntegral at any time, in particular, and if necessary, to adapt to legislative or regulatory developments.

These GCU, their execution and interpretation, as well as the relations between GlobalIntegral and the User are governed by the applicable law in force.

4-ACCESS TO THE GlobalIntegral WEBSITE

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.

By using the Site, the User acknowledges having the means and skills essential to the use of the Services offered.

All costs relating to access to the Site, whether software costs, equipment necessary for access and use of the Site or Internet access, are exclusively the responsibility of the User.

GlobalIntegral can never be held responsible for any malfunction or interruption of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control or in the event of force majeure which prevents or degrades access to the Site.
