New Evangelization
The spherical, integral and global movement of the New Evangelization draws its fruitfulness from the Holy Spirit.
The New Evangelization is a complex operation of deciphering the situation in the world and inventing new styles of Church life which should make it possible to send a message capable of reaching every human being on the planet.
It is fundamental to have an overall vision and an integral understanding of all the varied, essential, constituent, linked and complementary elements of the New Evangelization and each element must be evangelizing without claiming to be evangelization in itself.
To be fully authentic and credible, the New Evangelization must arouse an irresistible attraction for the human soul.
The Most Holy Trinity brings together in unity the human family with the richness of its diverse cultural expressions to journey in synodality which leads to full communion in freedom.
The Church remains synodal in its mystery, its nature and its ordinary mode of existence.
Ecclesial synodality draws its credible authenticity from the living Tradition of the Church and from the hierarchical communion of episcopal collegiality.
The synodal Church allows all people of the People of God to walk together in communion, to express themselves, to remain united by the sense of faith, to participate actively with an innovative and determined vision and to commit concretely to the mission.
Synodal spirituality, which is at the heart of the New Evangelization, includes the capacity to implement inculturation in the multiple contexts of the world while being part of ecclesial communion.
The adequate formation of every missionary disciple is required to animate the harmony of synodality.
The synodal Church advances in a radiant communion through unity which integrates the diversity of each person's differences and continues a common co-responsible mission of announcing the Good News through the participation of all its members who humanize relationships intended for the service of others to help them grow.
Synodality, which is a global invitation addressed to every faithful of every nation, blends into the communicative circularity of the New Evangelization which itself promotes the integral liberation of man by delivering him from evil, from sin and embraces the missionary perspective of the Church.
In synodality, communion and mission, which values the gifts and contributions of all, are intimately linked.
The concrete participation of each human being in the synodal process is accompanied by the creativity of faith, freedom and the development of the person.
With a shared responsibility, any disciple-missionary can have remarkable personal originality to bring to bear to enrich the synodal approach and be a protagonist of the New Evangelization.
Nowadays, the global interconnectivity and omnipresent influence of digital culture which relates to the practices, behaviors and values attached to the continually growing and developing use of digital technologies fits naturally into the New Evangelization.
From now on, relying on computer analysis of data, the way of informing, learning, working and having fun fuels the globalized spherical cultural galaxy.
Human collaborative relationships are transforming and digitalization is modifying cultural contexts, which are constantly evolving.
Within global networks and digital platforms, Agentic AI, which offers infinite possibilities to enable the Church to fuel its permanent digital transition, is being deployed.
In its mission, the New Evangelization, which contains the Social Doctrine of the Church, is a challenge to be constantly taken up and the reality of the capacity to live in a reactivated manner the spiritual revival of the experience of faith ad intra with a pastoral conversion of the ecclesial community to promote discernment; this generates an evolution of community and personal ecclesial culture in order to irrigate the Christian fabric of society through the encounter and identification of methods and means at the service of new expressions of evangelization of culture.
It is also an action in itself of ad intra revitalization of the Church and an instrument for reading globalization with the aim of announcing the Good News, by spreading the ethos of Christ, through a coherent language within the new situations which are being created in a global context of modified cultures.
The New Evangelization, which is one with synodality, is an adequate dialogical and programmatic response of the creativity of faith to the signs of the times, to the kairos, to the needs of every man of every nation and to every scenario that shapes every culture, and this by assuming new responsibilities with a view to communicating energies that support the efforts of the faithful for a missionary and evangelizing fervor.
It is about having the ability to invent, to dare with courage, with parresia and ardor, innovative paths and to promote inculturation by proclaiming the risen Christ and by constructing daring itineraries in all human spheres by the development of varied, ingenious, credible and adaptable formulas to all circumstances, whatever they may be, and which are led to deploy in the countless anthropological strata of the culture of globalization through the use of cultural mediations.
Every human person always has the desire to want to give full meaning to their existence, hence the imperative to definitively implement the New Evangelization for the tird millennium associated with digital culture and synodality.
